The delivery is very long and took 60 days. I already wanted to open a communicate for a refund, but the seller extended the defense and I decided to wait. Goods shipped by China logistics company Cainiao and tracking tracked only, to some intermediate hub of this company, and from there to Latvia, the parcel was 8 more days and tracking was not tracked. The purchase was sent in a white paper mailing bag with a film inside, which was thrown into the mailbox. All capacitors were in a transparent self-closing plastic bag and reached in perfect condition. Measured the parameters of one capacitor tester TC1 and turned out such results: C = 47,41 UF, ESR = 0.45 and vloss = 0,5%. Parameters within the norm. Thank you to the seller for the quwebty capacitors at an affordable price.
